Custom software and web development
We can develop any type of application for you, whether it is web-oriented or not. We can also modify existing applications to suit your needs.
We are mainly specialists in the Python programming language (Why Python?), and we use it for any new application (web or not) we develop.
Frameworks
We have significant experience with the following (Python) frameworks:
- TurboGears (with Genshi and SQLAlchemy/Elixir)
- Django
- Openhexperience, our own framework (currently in development)
Support
We offer commercial-grade technical support for the products we developed (Elixir and Relatorio) and for SQLAlchemy (in collaboration with Michael Bayer, its original author).
We provide two different types of contract: annual or per-issue. Please contact us for pricing or if you would like to discuss different conditions.
Our standard annual support offering include:
- Up to 10 hours of technical support (per year) on any of the above products via email. You will be given our high priority email address.
- Priority bug support for our products. We will provide bug fixes or reasonable workarounds in a timely manner.
- An advantageous per-hour price for extra support hours, up to 50 hours per year. These hours can also be used for general consulting around our products, including further development and customization.

Free software consultancy
The world of free software is undeniably attractive, but actually making the switch can be difficult. We'll help you get through it. Whether you need help to find the application that really correspond to your needs, to install it, or to migrate data from your old software, we can help. In the case of more specific software, we will advise the provider that best suits your needs.
